At Ridham Tour And Travel we strive to provide a seamless car rental experience. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date: Eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the rental start date: A cancellation fee may apply (up to 50% of the rental amount).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date: No refund will be issued.
2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
3. Early Returns

If you return the vehicle before the scheduled return date, no refund will be issued for the unused rental period.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling

Changes to your booking may be allowed based on availability. Any price differences must be paid, but no refunds will be issued if the new booking is of lower value.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
6. Force Majeure

If your booking is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
