At Ridham Tour And Travel By using our car rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a vehicle.
1. Eligibility & Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old (25 for some vehicle categories) and possess a valid driver’s license.

A government-issued ID and a credit/debit card are required for verification and security deposits.

International renters must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required.
2. Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking.

Rates may vary based on location, season, and demand.

We accept major credit/debit cards; cash payments may not be allowed.
3. Vehicle Pickup & Return

Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the designated time and location.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

The car must be returned in the same condition as rented, with the agreed fuel level.
4. Insurance & Liability

We offer different insurance coverage options; renters can select based on preference.

The renter is responsible for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period unless covered by insurance.

Unauthorized use of the vehicle (e.g., reckless driving, off-road use) may void insurance coverage.
5. Fuel Policy

Cars are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank unless otherwise agreed.

If the car is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early returns.
7. Additional Fees

Extra charges may apply for additional drivers, GPS, child seats, or late returns.

Traffic fines, tolls, or parking violations are the renter's responsibility.
8. Restrictions on Vehicle Use

Vehicles cannot be used for racing, illegal activities, towing, or off-road driving.

Smoking and transporting pets in the car may result in additional cleaning fees.

Cross-border travel is not permitted unless approved in advance.
9. Accidents & Emergencies

In case of an accident, renters must inform us immediately and file a police report if required.

Roadside assistance is available for mechanical breakdowns.
10. Modification of Terms

Ridham Tour And Travel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
